IKHAYA LWEMPILO EVENTS CALENDAR

1.    4^th March 2023:

Each year we start our yearly programs with recruitment for our internship program. We invite young people between the ages of 18 to 35 to do God-inspired missionary work.  The training is scheduled to take place in March and will take 2 (two) weeks yearly.

 

2.     August 8^th, 2023:  

Ikhaya Lwempilo 15^th Birthday Celebrations. This drive has already begun, we are currently collecting donations from our donors and the community, and it will be finalized during the 1st week of August 2023. That is when we will be accepting the last of the gifts as our Birthday is on the 8th of August 2023. Birthday Donations can include Toys, Blankets, Crayons, Colouring Books, Reams of paper, Food vouchers, Canned Foods, Towels, and Toothbrushes just to name a few.

 

3.     November 25^th, 2023:

On this date we will be having a Graduation Gala Event, we at Ikhaya Lwempilo are looking forward to the remaining 10 of our beneficiaries completing their studies and graduating. We will host a celebratory dinner to celebrate this milestone from our organisation and our student beneficiaries that will be graduating. At this event, we will have our past and present graduates as guests of honour. This event will be an opportunity for them to share what their journeys have been like in the hope to inspire others to achieve their dreams.

 

4.    December 25^th, 2023

We at Ikhaya Lwempilo, will be celebrating Christmas day with our beneficiaries and donors that will be interested in spending Christmas morning with us. We will have a meal prepared and the beneficiaries will be the ones that organise the activities of this event.
